Shopping Policy

Orders are delivered nationwide in Nigeria. Wherever you are — Lagos, Jos, Abuja, Port Harcourt or a small town in between — we can get your parcel to you.

To order, pick what you like and send us a message on WhatsApp. We'll confirm the piece, your size and your delivery address, then share the delivery fee for your state before anything is dispatched.

Payment is confirmed before we send the parcel out. Ready pieces usually leave within one to three working days; anything made to order takes a little longer and we'll tell you how long upfront.

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier, and we'll pass on the tracking details as soon as we have them. If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, message us with your order details and we'll sort it out with you.
